Xiaomi has just made it public that the Redmi Note 13 series is set to make its debut in India on January 4th. Alongside the anticipated 5G variants like the Note 13 5G, Note 13 Pro 5G, and Note 13 Pro+ 5G, there have been online whispers about the possible existence of a 4G version, adding an extra layer of intrigue to the upcoming launch.

Thailand's NBTC has officially acknowledged the presence of the device, confirming its existence after successfully completing the certification process. Moreover, the Note 13 Pro+ has been observed in the NBTC as well.

Certification for the Redmi Note 13 4G and Note 13 Pro+ has been obtained from NBTC.

The list indicates that the Redmi Note 13 has been officially certified on the platform under the model number 23129RAA4G, while the high-end Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G is identified by the model number 23090RA98G. However, the NBTC doesn't provide any details about the specifications of these smartphones.




According to a recent report, the Note 13 4G is set to run on the Snapdragon 685 chipset, featuring either 8GB or 12GB of RAM and storage options of 256GB or 512GB. Its display is expected to be a 6.67-inch AMOLED FHD+ with a 120Hz refresh rate.

In terms of cameras, a triple-camera configuration is anticipated, consisting of a 108MP primary lens, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 2MP macro sensor. There are also speculations that it will run on MIUI 14 based on Android 13, and it will be available in purple and green color variants.

Meanwhile, the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G has already been launched in China, revealing its features. The device boasts a 6.67-inch curved OLED display with a 10-bit color depth, 1.5K resolution, and a 120Hz refresh rate. Powering the device is the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Ultra chip, coupled with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage.
